THE DEADLIEST PLANE CRASH AT TRIBHUVAN INTL. AIRPORT: US BANGLA 211 CRASHED

On march 12 in 2018 at 12:36 PM, US Bangla 211 plane took off from the capital city of Bangladesh 'Dhaka' for Kathmandu at Tribhuvan International Airport. In this flight, there were four crew members and 67 passengers.

The pilot of that plane was Abid Sultan of 52 years with 22 years of experince and co-pilot was Prithula Rashid of 25 years.

At noon, 2:02 PM, the plane approached at the airport. If the plane approaches the runway from South, then it would be 0-2 and if from the North then 2-0. When the plane came down to land, the pilot was unable to see the runway because it was moving along the runway from right side parallely. The pilot wanted to land from 0-2 and in spite of that, the plane got fully unbalanced and crashed down near the runway. 49 people died on the spot , 2 in the hospital and 20 survived the crash.

THE CCTV FOOTAGE OF THE PLANE CRASH

What was the actual reason for plane crash?

As the vehicles on the ground have their specific route to reach their location, in the same way planes also have their routes. At Huras, one of the location of the plane routes to approach TIA , ATC ordered the pilot to be on hold position because the runway was busy. Therefore the pilot commanded the input data for hold position in the plane. After that, again ATC allowed to continue approaching, but the mistake was that the pilot forgot to to take back the command from the plane to stay on hold position due to which, it started to be unbalanced. When the plane reached the airport, ATC  commanded the pilot to check the pre-land list, the pilot thought that the landing gear was on but unfortunately, it was also the big mistake because the landing gear was off. When the plane was at very low altitude from the ground, then the pilot checked it and turned on the landing gear on but it was too late.
And the rest is history..............

Full video explaining this plane crash:

Tribhuvan International Airport's ATC blameed directly to the main pilot Abid Sultan but Bangladesh ATC claimed the sentence incomplete and was proved wrong.

One major point is that, before Abid Sultan was a commercial pilot, he used to fly a fighter plane, but when the Air force knew that he was in depression he was exiled from that profession.

PEOPLE THINK THAT, HE MAY BE RE-DEPRESSED THEN!!!
